1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website (praptechie.in), submitting a project brief, or contracting engineering services with Prap Techie Studio ("Studio," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access our website or engage our software development services.

2. Engineering Services & Fixed Scope Proposals

Prap Techie Studio provides independent software engineering services specializing in:

Native Android App Development using 100% Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
Legacy App Revamps, Code Modernization, and XML-to-Compose Refactoring.
Feature Engineering, Client API Integration (REST, GraphQL, Firebase), and ASO Publishing Assistance.

All client projects execute under a written **Fixed-Scope Proposal** detailing project milestones, weekly staging deliverables, feature specifications, and fixed cost bounds agreed upon prior to kick-off.

3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

100% Client Ownership: Upon receipt of full milestone payments, the client retains 100% exclusive intellectual property ownership of all custom Kotlin source code, Jetpack Compose layouts, graphics, database schemas, and private GitHub repositories created specifically for the project.

Pre-Existing Libraries: Open-source third-party dependencies (such as Kotlin Coroutines, Retrofit, Room DB, or Material 3) remain subject to their respective open-source licenses (e.g. Apache 2.0 or MIT).

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure on-time delivery and zero sprint friction, clients are responsible for:

Providing clear product requirements and timely feedback on staging builds.
Supplying operational REST/GraphQL API endpoints, backend documentation, and API keys.
Maintaining ownership of their Google Play Console developer account for store publishing.

5. Payment Terms & Milestone Deliverables

Projects execute according to agreed milestone schedules (e.g. 50% deposit upon kick-off, 50% upon Play Store release bundle completion). Payments fund direct engineering effort and are non-refundable once sprint milestone deliverables are approved.

6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Quality Assurance: We guarantee that all code is engineered to native Android standards with 99.9% crash-free session targets on tested API levels (API 21 to API 35). Every build includes a 30-day post-launch bug-fix warranty for features within the original scope.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Prap Techie Studio be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime, Google Play Store policy changes, or client API failures.
